Virtual International Symposium | Join Us From Anywhere in the World
Africa Environmental Watch, Inc. (AEW), together with its youth initiative, TERPS for African Sustainability (TAS), invites researchers, scholars, students, environmental advocates, policymakers, community leaders, and sustainability professionals to submit abstracts for our 7th Annual Virtual International Symposium.
Under the theme “Climate Action, Justice and Community Resilience,” this international gathering will bring together diverse voices and perspectives to examine today's environmental challenges, share innovative solutions, and explore pathways toward a more equitable and sustainable future.
Climate change is more than an environmental issue. It is a matter of justice, health, economic opportunity, and community well-being. Addressing these interconnected challenges requires collaboration across generations, disciplines, communities, and borders.
We especially encourage submissions that highlight African perspectives, community-driven initiatives, indigenous knowledge, youth leadership, and practical approaches that strengthen environmental sustainability and resilience.
Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following areas:
We welcome original research, case studies, policy perspectives, innovative programs, and community-based solutions.
