Keeping an Environmental Eye on Africa
Climate Action, Justice and Community Resilience.
An Important Update: A New Date, A Broader Conversation!
As we shift from our originally scheduled November 7, 2026, in-person conference, we are embracing an opportunity to expand our reach, strengthen our program, and welcome voices from across Africa and around the world.
Our theme remains:
"Sustainable Future: Climate Action, Justice and Community Resilience."
Our commitment to environmental protection, climate justice, sustainability, youth leadership, and community resilience remains stronger than ever.
This virtual symposium will bring together advocates, policymakers, academics, students, environmental leaders, and community members for meaningful dialogue and collaborative solutions. It will also provide an opportunity to reflect on the outcomes of COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye, and explore their implications for Africa and the global community.
More ahead:
New Format. Broader Reach. Same Commitment.
Save the Date: February 20, 2027 | 12 Noon–4 PM ET | Virtual International Symposium
Additional program and participation details will be announced soon.
We appreciate the continued support of our participants, partners, speakers, and sponsors as we make this transition.
