Instructions for Sponsors

Conference Title: Climate Change Justice and Africa Resilience

Conference Date: November 9, 2024 9AM - 9PM

Sponsorship Benefits:

- Visibility through conference marketing channels

Submission Guidelines:

1. Advertisement Page: Submit a one-page advertisement (A4 size, PDF format) for inclusion in the conference program by October 15, 2024.

2. Logo and Branding: Provide your logo and branding guidelines for use on conference materials.

3. Sponsor Profile: Submit a brief company profile (max. 150 words) for inclusion on the conference website.

4. Exhibition Materials: If applicable, provide details of exhibition materials, including size and technical requirements.

Deadline: October 15, 2024

Notification: Sponsors will be notified of receipt via email confirmation.

- Silver: $500 (includes half-page advertisement, exhibition booth, 2 complimentary registrations, and inclusion in conference press releases)

- Bronze: $350 (includes quarter-page advertisement, 1 complimentary registrations, and access to conference attendee list)
